Profoundly engaged in understanding the many complex opportunities and issues raised within large improvising ensembles, Sabine has directed and performed »Soundpainting«, an universal multidisciplinary live composing sign language, has performed in »Cobra« and the radical notational and organizational methods of Anthony Braxton. Her deep understanding of these approaches inform her individual contribution to the group, as well as aiding the collective itself.
